初五.
as usual, eve was at paternal side and maternal on the first day for reunion dinners and bbq on fri. over the years, everyone has grown up so much; some which i only see once a year. uncle tony showed us the photos that were taken in 2001. Gosh! he must have dug it out during spring cleaning. We all looked young and good. i missed the sparkles that we have for every cny as a kid. sadly, this year is exceptional. those are the times... now, everyone loves the presence of lil shawn. endless energy and always exploring the games on my phone. how cute!
personally, i think this tradition must continue. reunion dinner for all generations and not just a dinner gathering for your family only. blame it on globalisation; that is what we human always do. it may seem troublesome to prepare the dishes but it is definitely one way to stay connected. fret not, we still have restaurants for the 'lazy' ones. (:
best of all, this cny and study week gives miie an additional time for crafts. Inspirations from Heather Bailey about making Paper Globes. Yippee.. sweet success and satisfied. Get the instructions and make it yourself. Mel.. if ure reading, you might want to try it. I advise you use the scrapbooking papers.

anyw, shopping with bud for xxxx. haha. while browsing for someone's gift, i conveniently did some shopping. ALDO shoes. Tommy Hilfiger perfume. Guess watch. Yes, finally found the black carousel watch that i've been eyeing for sooo long. problem is that thy didn't showcase it until the lady recommended to miie. So many things to buy and seriously i need to make plans for my next shopping spree. (: on a lighter note, i've bought some art stuff. Feb issue of scrapbook etc. hasn't reached the store yet... there are just too many items to buy; clear stamps, cardstocks, rub-ons, equipments, ribbons, glitters and more. with such a tight budget, how can i buy everything? if only, i've a filthy rich loving husband and/or a well-paid career for my indulgences. haha.
