i used to have a liking for dark choc.
but now, the taste of it is horrendous.
76% cocoa content is way too high.
Has my taste bud changed or what?

experts say that:

Flavoniods keep cholesterol from gathering in blood vessels, reduce the risk of blood clots, and slow down the immune responses that lead to clogged arteries.

anyw. thou dark choc are good, eat in moderation, more is never good.

take care, peeps ~smiLesSs~
