The streets of Orchard seem empty unlike the usual crowd. Business at Marina Sq. is bad. Everyone seems to be avoiding those areas. Security checks can be found at most entrances and exits. Just too troublesome to enter the highly guarded areas. I guess that's human nature. But on the other hand, the crowd subsided. No more long queues at the cashier counters and having to deal with huge flow of people at female toilets. Ha-ha.

For the IMF, there's so much 'wuha' going on. I'm going to stay tune to the news for more inside stories!
