Welcome to the year 2006, the year of the zodiac dog! A new year, a new resolve. What do you want? What do you really, really want? A simple question yet seems difficult to answer. Every year, countless of people set new resolutions. Some of my friends simply set them to ensure that they have a guideline on what they are supposed to accomplish. Even if they don't follow to their plans, they just feel great that they have installed a schedule rather than not. Feeling of comforting themselves? Ha-ha. I guessed so! But at least they have taken time to design their time.

As for me, my 2006 resolutions:
1. Share my love with the less fortunate; bring happiness to people ard miie!
2. Healthy body and mind
3. Success in studies, life, relationships, etc ...

Talking about the New Year, so how have you peeps spent your new year? At the countdown party, celebrating with your loved ones, staying at home, or sleeping? This year, I chose to stay at home. 1 of the reason being no merry-makers as some of them were preparing for exams, some were holidaying overseas. Secondly, just don't have the mood to leave home. And surprisingly, I just wanted a peace. Anyway, whatever the reasons, year 2006 is already here. A brand new year to head start with.

However, I envied those people who were able to spend their new year's eve high up in the cable cars. Fireworks that exploded ard the cable car. Romantic! Gorgeous! Awesome! But it comes with a cost - forking out S$999 for a cabin in the sky to have dinner. I have to admit, I can't afford it now. Perhaps in future and definitely worth it. A lifetime must try.

So on new year's day, went to the Botanic Garden early in the morning. Drizzling. Eventually, still went! Met quite a lot of tourists (Japanese, Korean, Americans, Indians, etc ...) - mostly making their way to the Orchid Garden. Took some photos.
